From 01.02.2019, for all purchased products of the NORD brand, there is a 2 year full warranty from the manufacturer, which includes free service, spare parts and a wizard's departure. At the same time, the usual conditions of after-sales warranty service and technical support will remain unchanged.

For NORD products issued before February 1, 2019, but sold after changing the conditions, the two-year warranty is also subject to its registration on the official website nord.ua or by the number of the Information line: 0 800 505 204 (free calls from all fixed and mobile numbers networks of communication operators of Ukraine). Lines are open from Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday - day off) from 09:00 to 18:00.
