Payment methods

Payment when obtaining (cash on delivery)

• Payment is performed by cash when obtaining to the specified address (delivery is available only by "Meest Express") or in point of issue of transportation company.
• This service paid therefore order cost will include the commission of transportation company which will constitute 2% of an order amount.
• For sending to point of issue of transportation company it is necessary to pay delivery costs

Payment through bank

• After order placement a bill for which you in any bank will be able to pay goods will be made out you. You receive the invoice for payment on an email and/or the SMS notification. Account validity period – 3 days. If necessary the term of its action can be extended having contacted us.
• Payment in departments "Tascombank" without the additional commission.

• Payment passing time – 1-2 banking days. After receipt of payment by us you surely receive the SMS notification.

Payment in Privat24 and self-service terminals

• After order placement a bill for which you will be able to pay goods will be made out you. You receive the invoice for payment on an electronic box and/or the SMS notification.
• For implementation of payment in Privat24 it is necessary to pass into the Services menu - "Payments" - "Across Ukraine (payment on details)" and to execute payment. In number of a delivery note it is necessary to specify number and date of the account.
• Depending on type of the card the % of the commission of bank is possible. In more detail in the section Payments and transfers
• Payment passing time – 1 banking day. After receipt of payment by us you surely receive the SMS notification.

The cashless payment including VAT for legal entities

• You receive the invoice for payment after order placement on an email or by fax. For the fastest execution of necessary documents we ask to prepare and send beforehand to the shop@nord.ua mail - the certificate on the state company registration, the certificate of the payer of the VAT and so forth.
• Payment passing time – 1-2 banking days. After receipt of payment by us you surely receive the SMS notification.
• We are VAT payers.
• With goods you receive the original accounts and two goods issue slips. We ask to return our copy back on a legal address.

• specify number of the card (all 16 figures, without gaps)
• specify card expiration date (the 4th figures on a card face, for example 09/16)
• a confidential code of the card (CVV2, on a reverse side of the card, under a strip for the signature of 7 figures, the last 3rd are also a code necessary to you)
• enter a phone number and press to continue
• SMS the password (8 figures) which needs to be entered into the field for input of the password, for payment confirmation will come to your phone, enter it and press to pay
• Your order is paid, after receipt of payment by us you surely receive the SMS notification.

In the online store NORD, the exchange of goods of proper quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, is subject to the following conditions:

• availability of an invoice for the purchase of goods;
• factory seals, protective films on the goods;
• the presentation of the product and its components is preserved: there are no mechanical damages, scratches, scrapes;
• The product has no traces of exploitation (Traces of exploitation - any changes in the product, indicating its use for the intended purpose: for kitchen appliances and appliances for the house - traces of cooking or storing food, detergent traces, pollution, for goods requiring installation - traces of installation; for digital technology - installed or activated software, user settings, user files, etc.);

Return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality is subject to the presence of a significant defect, confirmed by an act (certificate) of an authorized or NORD service center.

A significant shortcoming is a defect that makes it impossible or unacceptable to use the goods in accordance with its intended purpose, which arose due to the fault of the producer (seller, performer), after its elimination appears again for reasons independent of the buyer and at the same time is endowed with at least one of the following signs: can not be eliminated; its elimination requires more than fourteen days; makes the goods substantially different than stipulated by the contract.

Return of goods of inadequate quality or its exchange is subject to the following list:

• a document confirming the purchase of the goods (a bill of lading);
• certificate of the Authorized Service Center of the Manufacturer about non-maintainability (significant shortage);
• complete assembly of the goods in accordance with the manufacturer\'s instructions;
• a written application of the client for the exchange of goods or a refund of money.

To return the goods, you must send us a message by e-mail shop@nord.ua or fill out the form below. Receive confirmation from a company representative and send the goods to the company's warehouse. Payment for the delivery of goods of appropriate quality - at the expense of the sender.

The funds are returned by bank transfer to the details specified by the buyer. Refunds take on average up to 2 business days after we receive the returned item at the warehouse.

Delivery is carried out free of charge by the delivery service NORD in Kyiv, Sofievska and Petropavlivska Borshchagivka, Vushneve, Makariv, Brovaru to the entrance to the building. Minimum order for free delivery from 20000 UAH.
